If you need assisstance or want to troubleshoot a problem, make sure you go through questions and answers on our FAQ page first, where you will find solutions to most common problems.

Please keep in mind that we are an US based company that is only re-broadcasting tvpolonia signal which is emitted from Warsaw. Therefore we have no impact on the selection of the programs available.
